Had the Ranchero Burger. Pretty average burger. The patty was thin and dry. Lettuce was shredded and falling all over the place. Bread was pretty decent though. The only redeeming thing about this burger was the green chile added to make it spicy and HOT. French fries were decent. Bob's actually only serves 2 kinds of burgers. The ranchero, and the original. The rest of the stuff on their menu consisted of things like hot dogs, nachos, and various forms of mexican food. Although I wasn't impressed with their burger, I would like to go back and sample the other things on their menu. If I do, I will be sure to update this review with the good OR bad news!

As much as I love locally owned burger joints, Bob's left a lot to be desired tonight. The menu is quite similar to what you'll find at Blake's Lotaburger but that's where the similarity ends. I ordered the Ranchero Burger which comes with their specialty green chile sauce on it. The sauce has a good flavor and won't be too hot for you if you're accustomed to New Mexican food. I was sorely disappointed when I looked at the burger, though - my slice of tomato was thicker than the meat patty itself. There wasn't any overwhelming flavor to the burger other than the tomato slice and the chile sauce. If you're thinking Bob's, do yourself a favor and go to Blake's.

One of the many horrible restaurants NM has to offer with the green and red chili +$@Â¥. The patties were thin,they charged for cheese AND refills were .50 plus tax. Horrible,horrible,horrible. Gonna have to go home and lick my dogs butt to get the taste out of mouth.

We used to love Bob's! Now, not even close. I waited about 10 minutes at the drive-thru for our order and when we got home was very disappointed with the razor thin burger patties and the lack of green chile on the taco burgers. My son almost cut himself on his cheeseburger the meat was so thin! Never again, no thanks.

Got the ranchero burger. Totally gross. bread was soggy, even the patty was very thin and not visually appealing.... and the fries tasted like they were prepared with potato chips. Dont bother. Go to Blakes Lotaburger instead

Good burgers and the Ranchero sauce is very interesting and spicy. If I want to up the calorie count, I get fries smothered in the Ranchero sauce as well.

You have to try the green chili cheese fries, they are the ultimate comfort food if you like it spicy. We also like the taco burgers, half of a hamburger patty in a taco shell with green chili sauce, cheese and lettuce. Just bad for you yummy comfort food. The chili is hot and it is great.
